What Our Client Has To Say

“[TheOnlineCo.] took the time to ask the right questions, engaging in a comprehensive discovery process to work out the principal motivators of our firm’s development. Specifically, they diligently discerned our organisational identity, our core values and delineated the messages we intended to convey to prospective clients.

The Digital Marketing Playbook they drafted for us was thorough and encompassed an extensive analysis of our market providing strategic options of how we can better communicate our core values. This invaluable assistance through our rebrand strategy cannot be understated.

They are continuing to help us discover what options are available to better communicate who we are to potential clients and show them how we can effectively serve them in our calling to deliver Just Redemptive Outcomes.”

Vocare Law’s Story

Overview

Vocare Law is a law firm with a difference. You may have known them as Corney and Lind Lawyers. They’ve recently rebranded—the same trusted team with a new name. Their mission? To bring clarity, confidence, and a values-driven approach to legal matters. Vocare Law simplifies the complex. They advise clients on business law, not-for-profits, and personal legal issues with integrity.

The Challenges

Late 2022 – Vocare Law thought they were making a big leap forward with the launch of a new website. But what started as a well-intentioned upgrade, spiralled down. The website didn’t only underperform; it affected the business. The technical execution had flaws. It skipped crucial SEO steps in the transition. This wasn’t just a small hiccup—it caused a dramatic fall in organic search rankings and a sharp drop in traffic. In an instant, their online visibility plummeted. Fewer people were finding them.

And when fewer people find you, fewer people are making enquiries. Vocare’s organic leads took a massive hit, and with it, business growth came to a grinding halt. They were in a tough spot. Their website, once a reliable engine for new business, had become a liability.

In the midst of all this, Vocare realised they needed more than just a website overhaul. By mid-2023, they decided to change their name and rebrand. The stakes? Sky-high. They needed to generate awareness of their new identity. This wasn’t just a tweak or a redesign; this was an entire shift in how the market would view them.

But there was a major hurdle—no one knew the new name. It’s hard to hit the ground running when your audience is stuck on the old brand. That’s exactly what Vocare Law faced.

The old website, once helpful, now felt like a distant memory. They needed to rebuild from scratch—not just to recover, but to grow. To turn things around, they needed a solid digital strategy that would get their name out there, fast.

And then, there was the expansion into New South Wales. Vocare Law wasn’t just a Queensland firm anymore; they’d merged with an existing firm in Sydney to provide a NSW presence. This added complexity. They needed a digital presence that spoke to a new audience. It had to align with the brand’s updated identity and take a fresh approach. A website wasn’t just a nice-to-have; it was essential for attracting clients in a new market.

In short, Vocare was at a crossroads. Their website was underperforming and their brand was unknown. Their business needed a major digital reset. They knew they couldn’t do it alone. They needed the right expertise to bring it all together and get things back on track.

The Solution

When Vocare Law came to us, they knew they had a problem—they just weren’t sure where to start. That’s where the Digital Marketing Playbook came in. We kicked things off by examining their digital presence. We aimed to find their strengths, weaknesses, and the best opportunities to get them back on track.

It didn’t take long to uncover the core issue: their 2022 website update had done some serious damage. Our full SEO and technical audit confirmed their fears. SEO performance was in freefall, and the site was hurting them. The best path forward? A brand-new website built the right way, with SEO baked in from the ground up.

But fixing their website was just one piece of the puzzle. Vocare’s rebrand wasn’t just a name change; it was a full-scale transformation. They needed a strategic digital brand rollout to make it work. They needed a complete online presence that made them visible and credible under their new name.

So, we executed a multi-channel digital strategy, covering:

  • Search Engine and AI (LLM) Optimisation – to rebuild their organic search rankings and reclaim their spot on Google
  • Google Ads – to drive immediate traffic and leads while SEO gained momentum.
  • Meta Advertising – to increase brand awareness and get in front of the right audience
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator – to help them connect directly with high-value prospects
  • Organic Social Media – to reinforce brand recognition and engage their community
  • EDM (Email Marketing) – to communicate with their database, keeping their brand and services top of mind
