CBCS are a mid-sized Aged Care and Residential Living provider with 3 locations and 6 facilities in NSW. They initially approached us with the need to increase awareness and leads for their facilities. The deregulation of the marketplace lead to more competition and increasing vacancy rates. After successful implementation of a Google AdWords campaign with a Google Grant, we discussed the fact that their online presence really didn’t represent the incredible work they did. We conducted a complete Messology workshop and identified in detail the areas of their business that needed promoting and the incredibly difficult experience the families went through when making decisions about aged care for their loved ones.
